GYANSETU: Journal of Multidisciplinary Researchis a double-blind peer-reviewed academic journalpublishedbyA.S.College, Khanna,Punjab,India.The journalpublishesoriginal research, review articles, case studies and conceptual papers in the fields of management, business administration, information technology, entrepreneurship and allied disciplines.
The journal welcomes contributions from academicians, researchers, industry professionals and postgraduate students. Research papers submitted to GYANSETU: JOURNAL OF MULTIDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH must follow the IMRAD structure (Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion) with the addition of a Conclusion. Each section is described below:

- Introduction(Section1)
The introduction must establish the background, identify the research gap, state the research objectives and questions, and provide a brief overview of the paper structure. It should not contain detailed methodology or results.

- LiteratureReview(Section2)
Thissectionshouldcriticallyanalyseexisting literaturetoestablishthetheoreticalframework and justifythe researchgap. Sub-headings may be used. The literature review must be recent (minimum 60% of references from the past 10 years).

- ResearchMethodology(Section 3)
Describetheresearchdesign,samplingstrategy,datacollectioninstruments,anddataanalysis methodsinsufficient detailtoallowreplication.Forquantitativestudies, includesample size, statisticaltools, and validity/reliabilitymeasures. For qualitative studies, specifythe research paradigm, participant selection, and data saturation criteria.

- ResultsandAnalysis(Section4)
Present the findings objectively. Use tables and figures where appropriate. Each table and figure must be cited inthe text before it appears. Avoid repeating inprose what isalreadyvisible in tables or figures.

- Discussion(Section5)
Interpret findings in relation to the research questions and existing literature. Highlight agreements, contradictions, and theoretical contributions. Acknowledge limitations.

- Conclusion(Section6)
Summarise keycontributions, practicalimplications, policyrecommendations, and directions forfutureresearch.Theconclusionshouldnotsimplyrestatefindingsfromtheresultssection.
